R ARCHITECTURE 
In the bustling pocket of Pascoe Vale, Melbourne, R ARCHITECTURE has designed an award winning residential development that balances practicality, aesthetics, and affordability. This project, recently recognised in the Architecture – Multi Residential – Constructed category at the 2023 Better Future Awards, was commissioned by an established developer consortium.
R Architecture is currently working on a swathe of regional projects. In this short article, we delve into four distinct projects: an Industrial Development in Albury, a mixed-use development in Wodonga, another in Myrtleford, and a game-changing Hotel Development in Shepparton.
Strong tourism and job growth in regional Victoria are attracting investment and stimulating new opportunities for R ARCHITECTURE. One of several regional projects the practice is currently working on, our scheme for a new $14.5 million hotel in Shepparton has recently achieved planning approval.
